ABOUT GOLDEN K-9 

Golden K-9 Protective Services, Inc. was established in 2006. Its sole purpose is to provide high level perimeter explosive security services to the private and public sector.  Golden K-9 Protective Services, Inc. is an owner operated company who promises to work closely with our clients in providing professional K9 Teams to meet their needs.   

We currently provide explosive detection services to well known landmarks in the New York City area, and to some of the biggest retail stores in the city.  Our ultimate goal is to provide a safe and secure environment to our clients. We offer full time and part time teams, emergency response and special event teams are available 24/7. 

Detection dogs are known throughout the world for their accuracy and dependability.  We train our dogs on a daily basis.  Our training follows the guidelines set by the North American Police Work Dog Association, and the United Police Canine Association.  Each of our dogs gets certified on explosive detection once a year. 

Our dogs are purchased from kennels that are ATF certified which allows them to use real explosives during training which ensures each dog gets the best possible training.  We will only select dogs that are highly motivated and show a high work drive during the training process.
